HeadsUp 2.0 Skin

I changed a few things in this version -- I shuffled the components around to make room for a new weather component, and I added a volume slider for the taskbar, which I think works much better than the stock Windows 7 volume (just set position to "Stay Topmost"). I also added a neat little feature that causes the glare component to disappear when you unplug your laptop,and reappear when you plug it back in. The taskbar is WindowBlinds MI6, if you are interested in such things. Let me know if you like it! (File update 1/7/2013 -- I added a slideshow component.
